Google returns full titles, links and snippets.
Searches run through our server, so the engine never sees your IP, your browser or a cookie from you. Your query is not stored or logged here either.?Only the query text and the engine you picked leave your browser. An anonymous hashed request counter per connection is the only thing kept, and it holds no query text.

What the engines actually return
- Google and Bing come back complete: title, real destination link and a snippet for every result.
- DuckDuckGo gives the title and snippet but only the site each result came from, so links open the site, not the exact page.
- Yandex gives a shortened breadcrumb and nothing else, so each entry links to the site root and shows the path Yandex displayed.
- Results marked site only are the two cases above. Nothing is invented to fill the gap.

Questions about searching here
Is this a search engine?
No. It is a clean front end. Your query is passed to the engine you picked, the result page is parsed on our server, and the organic results are handed back. The ranking is entirely the engine's own.
Are my searches logged?
No. Queries are held in memory only long enough to fetch the results, then discarded. Nothing is written to a database or a log file. The only thing stored is an anonymous hashed per-connection counter used to stop abuse, which holds no query text.
Why does DuckDuckGo link to the site instead of the page?
DuckDuckGo renders its result links through client-side script, so the parsed page only exposes the source site. Rather than guess a URL, the tool links the site and flags the result as site only. Use Google or Bing when you need the exact page.
Why are Yandex results so thin?
Yandex serves its result markup in a form the parser can only read the breadcrumb from, so there is no title, snippet or full URL to show. It is still useful for spotting which domains Yandex ranks, which is often quite different from Google.
Why does a search sometimes take half a minute?
Each search fetches a live result page. Google and Bing usually take 2 to 6 seconds. DuckDuckGo regularly takes 10 to 50 seconds because its page is slower to render. Nothing is cached, so every result you see is fresh.
Are there ads or tracking in the results?
None. Sponsored blocks, shopping carousels and promoted answers are dropped, and only organic results are shown. There is no analytics script and no cookie on this page.
