Merge PDF
Combine several PDFs into one. Drag to set the order, and take only the pages you want from each file. No upload, no page limit, no watermark.
Your PDFs?Files are read into memory and merged here on your device using pdf-lib. Nothing is uploaded. Encrypted PDFs must be unlocked before they can be merged.
Files are joined top to bottom. Drag a row to move it.

Merging without losing what makes a PDF useful
Combining PDFs is the most common document task there is, and it is where the most damage gets done, because the two obvious workarounds both degrade the file.
Printing several PDFs into one flattens every page into an image. Text stops being text, search stops working, screen readers get nothing, and the file balloons. Exporting through a word processor is worse: layout shifts, fonts substitute, and page breaks move. Copying page objects — which is what happens here — leaves the content exactly as it was.
Order is decided by the rows, top to bottom, and dragging is the fastest way to set it. The range box on each row is the part people miss: leave it empty to take the whole file, or type numbers and ranges separated by commas, such as 1-3, 7, 10-12. Pages come out in the order you write them, so 3,1 really does put page 3 first.
Two limits worth knowing. Encrypted PDFs must be unlocked before they can be read, and a small number of damaged files cannot be parsed at all; the row shows the error rather than failing silently, so you can drop it and merge the rest. And while page content copies faithfully, form fields, bookmarks and some annotations are document-level features that do not always carry across. If a form must keep working after the merge, check it before you send it.
Going the other way afterwards is the same family of jobs: split, extract or rotate pages, all in the browser with nothing uploaded.
